James Gauci  - Co-Founder & Artistic Director  Digital project manager by day, theatre producer by night, James is passionate about developing the economic sustainability of the performing arts through innovation.  Brisbane audiences may recall his performance work with Ignatians ( Rent ,  Sweeney Todd ,  Company ) and his time as the TomTom GPS Voice of Australia. He has held elected executive positions with Ignatians Musical Society and Underground Productions, and was national producer for Rotary's youth performing arts program  Storm The Stage  in 2011. Kaicie Connors  - Co-Founder & Operations Manager  After years of international performance experience, Kaicie once again calls Queensland home. Long-term dance and performance contracts in Japan ( Tokyo Disneyland ), India (Bollywood films with Sharukh Khan) and China ( City of Dreams,  Macau) have given her a rich and unique perspective on performance culture and people. Kaicie enjoyed a short stint in Brisbane appearing in both productions of  Jesus Christ Superstar  with Harvest Rain.  She fits in financial, contract and marketing management for Theatremakers around her full-time commitment in the advertising department of Flight Centre Travel Group.   LinkedIn

Anthony De Marco  - Associate Producer (Creative)  Anthony possesses an unbridled passion for words written, spoken and sung. This culminated in a year-long tenure as its president and artistic director in 2015. Anthony possesses an unbridled passion for words written, spoken and sung. His years with the University of Queensland's drama society Underground Productions gave him valuable experiences as a performer (Battle of BrisbaneUrinetown) and director (You Can't Take It With You, That Face). This culminated in a year-long tenure as its president and artistic director in 2015.

Anthony is the resident director and MC of Music Theatre Jam, and appeared in the Theatremakers production of Gutenberg: The Musical.

Carli Griffin  - Associate Producer (Technical Production)  Carli balances artistic sentiment with technical aptitude.   As a degree-qualified and experienced technical production professional, she is in demand as a stage and venue manager working with Brisbane Powerhouse, LaBoite Theatre Company, Opera Queensland, Ignatians Musical Society and Brisbane Festival. Her years as a lead soprano with The Australian Voices and passion for musical theatre gives her a unique edge when calling the cues.  Carli took on production and stage management duties for the Theatremakers production of  Broadway Hootenanny  starring Broadway legend Mark Nadler, and is the resident production manager of  Music Theatre Jam . After a successful musical theatre career in the US with the likes of the Kansas City Repertory Theatre and Egads Theatre Company, Rae gifted Brisbane with her performances in  The Addams Family  (BAT),  Company  (Ignatians),  35MM  and  Pirates of Penzance  (Harvest Rain).   Rae was the first member of the Theatremakers team after its co-founders.  Since concluding a long-term contract with  Dracula’s  on the Gold Coast, she became available to step up from casual social media management duties for Theatremakers to become director and MC of  MTJ: Birthday Bash  and will be writing, performing and producing with the company.
